Telephone Interview We will carry out an hour long extensive telephone interview with you to discuss your requirements and discover your strengths and skills. We will capture all the information needed to produce a tailored CV and/or interview consultation. Payment should be made prior to completing the telephone interview.	Interview Assessment We will assess the information gained in the telephone interview and produce an individual assessment, highlighting your strengths. We will also use the information to produce best practice answers to assist your development and give example answers for competency based interviews.	Your Interview We will produce a personalised CD or tape for you to listen to on your journey to the job interview. This will allow you to refresh your memory with all the key information the interviewer will be need to progress your application.
